Located on the second floor of the Innovation Hub, Happy Valley LaunchBox has the programs, services and resources needed at no-cost to help entrepreneurs make informed business decisions whether just getting started with an idea, looking to acquire a first customer, or working to grow a startup!

Our mission is to connect local entrepreneurs to the support, resources, and facilities they need to de-risk and accelerate their ventures.

Accelerator Programs

If you have an idea you want to turn into a business, HappyValley LaunchBox has the programs to help!

Idea Test Lab – 4-week program that helps you figure out if you can turn your idea into a viable business.

FastTrack Accelerator – 10 week program helps you test the market quickly and build a solution to meet defined customer needs

Summer Founders Program– designated to student teams, this program provides $15K to work full time on their ventures over the summer

Coworking Space

With dedicated coworking space available to the public, Happy Valley LaunchBox offers entrepreneurs the ability to get work done, meet others, share ideas, learn from others, and get expert advice.

This space also offers:

  • Open tables and desks available on a first-come, first served basis
  • Conference rooms with video and teleconferencing capabilities
  • Free, high-speed WiFi
  • Free coffee (provided by Sheetz)

No-cost Legal and IP Advice

The Penn State Entrepreneur Assistance Clinic provides a variety of free legal services to startups looking to start a company in Pennsylvania.

The Penn State Law Intellectual Property Clinic provides entrepreneurs in Pennsylvania free assistance to determine if they have intellectual property and how to protect it.
